    I am sure that the exercises in this video is just as well as other customers say they are. I could not get past the pile of meat hanging from the instructor’s stomach when she marched in the push-up mode. How in the world, she will show me how to flatten my abs when she can not even rolled to his own? This video reminded of something a friend of mine once said: You do not need to ask a homeless person how to obtain and maintain prosperity. Granted, I did not stop the movie when I saw her belly fat. I do not allow people who do for themselves to try and show me what to do.     I have to agree with another reviewer, this instructor an ironic enormous belly, particularly evident when she is doing exercises at all fyra.Detta makes me question the flab is there because of her training or even detta.Säkert some of the movements are large . But I can not get my eyes off the flab.Betyg: 2 / 5
