    I’ve seen a DVD much fitness and it is probably the first to follow the pace, all the 8 counts. It flows perfectly. If you took an exam to become an aerobics instructor in the UK and was off the beat, would not you immediately. Here is a very good instructor will make it – Jillian Michaels, for example – good condition of knowledge, not in line with the music at all, it simply does not flow! On this DVD, I was really pleased, divided into two sections – upper body, lower body , core, ranges, excellent choice of exercise, decent number of reps, good teaching poäng.Jag recommend it!     This DVD really gives me the stability ball to good use. I really think ab and upper body trainer. The only thing I do not like is that each exersice means ball. For some movements, I think to myself “ok, I can not do this without the ball?” This happens more in some heart more than anything, because some of these features seem pretty stupid. Overall it is a good buy as many of these movements would improve with the help of the ball. If you’re looking for more of a cardio workout, I would look elsewhere. Rating: 4 / 5

    The instructor is so boring and not fun to watch. The exercises are complex and therefore difficult to follow. I bought this for my stability ball that I bought but when I saw it when I do not think I’ll use this DVD again. Go get Tone Trouble Zone by Amy Bento – that is great. Rating: 2 / 5

    This is a big operation. It is really is my heart pumping, and Kimberly is a nice instruktör.Men I bought my fitness ball separate from the DVD because it was cheaper. Misstag.Min large fitness ball seems to be less than Kimberly’s. Although I can do most of the exercises, there are parts where she leaned forward with a ball, which I can not göra.Delen of the time I just do regular crunches when these parts come up, but I would have liked to do the routine.     This was my first fitness ball routine. And it kind of makes me not want to get another one. There are a lot of repetitive features in this video. I liked his arm and cuts, however, ab. I must say that from my 10 minute solution to the collection, this is my least favorite. The instructor was nice, almost like being on behalf of Laura Ingles in Little House on the Prairie.
