    I’ve been doing cardio and weight training for years (granted I’m still overweight and not in tip top health due to certain conditions) and I was able to make basic education and upper body segments pretty easily. However, the second segment practically impossible. I can do less than half of these segments, and I could not do any of the weight loss segment. So if you have any health problems, or new to the whole excersize thing, be tired. Rating: 3 / 5

    At first workout looked a bit difficult, second and third time I realized that, to make it so effective in such a short time, the instructor very skillfully combines challenging övningar.Nu should I do the whole combo in a session, because there is so much fun ( not boring!) And so efficient! Very highly recommended! The instructor really knows what she is doing! Rating: 5 / 5

    This video has some good exercises, but it also has some real killer. It’s like you are in bootcamp for real! What really annoys me is that in the 10 minutes video, the instructor alone. This means that there are no alternative movements appear for any of the exercises. At one point in this video, you must go to your feet from a horizonal position on the floor, in a move. And if you can not do it, you’re out of luck. I give this one to the Salvation Army. Rating: 3 / 5

    I’m a big fan of kickboxing and I was very excited to try this DVD out. However, it was nothing like what I expected. I do not think that kickboxing at all. In addition, the move is unnecessarily complicated. Some of them seem a bit dangerous even. There is a moderate workout, but not fun and definitely not kickboxing. Rating: 2 / 5
