    Warning: Not for beginners. Do not start your exercise ball experience with this videon.Jag just bought an exercise ball and I bought this DVD (as it was on sale) to teach me some exercises and get me to go with the ball. Yes, they are 10-minute workout. . . but I’m done after 4 minutes. These four minutes are pretty good that yet! She makes it look so easy but I have no control over the ball. . . yet. I work out pretty consistently with the second 10-minute solutions but I am new to the ball. I thought it would be easy to keep up but I was wrong. I truly believe that he is a good investment and would be a great tool for me when I get used to the ball. The workout seems intense and 10 minutes after it will probably make my body feels like I’ve been to the gym for an hour. Go buy not just one ball for this workout.     I really like this. She is not kidding when she says Pilates promotes long, lean muscles. She really runs the teorin.Jag had not done Pilates when I started this video. I love it! I like to use the ball well, so that’s what I was looking for when I start looking for a pilates / DVD ball.     I started incorporating the stability ball in all my classes about 4 years ago, and Pilates about 6 years now. When I found the training that combined the two, I was amazed at the results! Nothing can be compared with the results you get in your kernel. My abs have never been so defined, and in a much shorter time than traditional crunches. Plus, these exercises really help with stability and coordination in your life, I started using it 10 minutes Solution passports about a year ago, and I’m stuck! There is so much flexibility in your workout. You can customize it to your time or areas you want to concentrate on that day. Pilates on the ball This is my favorite DVD 10 Minute Solution by far. This piece is great because you do not need any other equipment, such as hand weights. I also bought an extra stability ball that I’m doing the job so that I can do the workout on my lunch break. It’s perfect for short time-frames it. You can also do a workout in the morning and later in the day to get a full workout in any short time you have a hectic schedule that min.Jag would say that this is a beginner / intermediate type training, but if you never have made some type of Pilates training before I would recommend to get an instructional video that really breaks down how to perform Pilates moves properly. Without the basics, you will not get as much of this or any Pilates workout. There are several DVDs that really teach you the basics. I used Windsor Pilates beginners instructional video to learn the basics. I’m so glad I have that information, otherwise I would only get half the results as I do tend to switch nu.Jag this workout with 10 minutes Solution: Fitness Ball Workouts DVD to keep my body from getting the plateau effect .
