    I’m trying to get back in shape. I’m near my goal. I have lost 30 pounds going to the gym and do cardio, but I needed a special activity for muscle toning. I bought this DVD a few weeks ago and finally started using it on 2x/wk over the past three weeks and I am very impressed with this DVD. The instructor is very charismatic and straightforward with driving directions. The exercises are challenging but addictive, I can not stop with the first segment. I feel right when I’m done. I could already see my muscles toning up. I also notice that my attitude has improved, but to try. I also purchased the other Pilates DVD by ana Cabana, beginner mat workout but I prefer the absolute solution for 10 minutes. It is more challenging and exercising the whole body.     I found this DVD a bit hard to do, which is good! I wanted something with more of a challenge. Division of great weapons, especially for your triceps. I still can not make it in advance even. The abs section is great, but I do not have to do the roll-up for my abs, you must go to different sections of the DVD to get roll-up. The route section is great for keeping your muscles flexible and I like to do that at the end of my training. I like the instructor she explains what you do in each exercise without being too talkative. Susan’s voice is pleasant to listen to, some teachers put your nerves is the edge, I can not even finish the DVD if I found her voice too irritating. Rating: 5 / 5

    I love Pilates to begin with. I can not stand workout DVDs that have all those crazy dance moves, which leaves me confused and left in clutter. This is not one of those DVDs. The moves are simple but very effective. I have three children at home so I love the 10 minute solution DVD because I can do a segment then pause when I need to take care of the kids and come back later. This is perfect for people pressed on time or new mothers. Just because it is a 10-minute solution not mean it does kick your ass! The first day I only did two segments (stomach and stretching) and the next morning my stomach was so sore I couldnt hardly breathe! all that in 10 minutes? yes it is true! I started this six months after my third child (after great results after my second baby) and for one week, I was hard and fast and within two weeks “jiggle” and was gone by the fourth week, so my cellulite . After four weeks of making at least three segments 5x a week (thats 30 minutes a day) I had lost 15 pounds of baby fat and could see the definition in my stomach and had the tightest ass perkiest ive ever had! One month from this DVD and my post-baby body was ready for a bikini! and I do not “sort of okay” im really speaks perfect bikini. I build muscle pretty quickly and most of the workout DVD bulk me up but this one SLIM you. solid tight and narrow and more flexible. This video is for you. dont think about it anymore just buy it! I also got my mother board and she has lost 20 pounds after a month and came back to shorts for the first time in 20 years. And she looks awesome! highly recommend! Rating: 5 / 5
