I got this from Netflix to see if I could find a good workout that is better than my old firm upper body. For me, this tends to replace it, but others will probably work just utmärkt.Träningskalorier SELF: Kelley knows his stuff! All areas of the body taken care of. Especially back as many newer passports seem to neglect. Good cueing and modifications for nybörjare.MUSIK: That alone makes me almost want to maintain it. Upbeat, steady rhythm, makes me want to dance, which is not that “fake” workout music and moves to beat match. Yayy Kelley to do a good job-good “real” music makes the training so much easier! SET & KELLY: They were not a typical training set, nice but not exceptional. Kelly is sooo much enthusiasm, confidence and good attitude. She makes each exercise with you and complete give everything she has for each drag.Min personal taste difference, I really wanted to like this and 90% of it is a good workout. But, as I always have for my teachers to see how I strive to be like. Kelly and background advanced exerciser (blonde) is far too masculine looking for me. The size of the weights, I know I can go lighter with more reps to prevent bulking. I have a thing against black tennis shoes for women, they seem so masculine and boot all the way to me. I like strong, toned, yet quite feminine, by definition in the arms but not in bulk. Although the company (old school) use large weights in some of its features, most of the instructors are still feminine and inspiring for me. I also like Kelly had her hair down (at least partially closed or pile), she looks much more feminine on the cover than in training. She seems to be no non-sense and to the point tho, and probably not to the wife-wife, but more about training, I respect her honesty and efficiency, it’s just not my personal stil.Jag love her techniques, as well as old school set . I will continue to seek her second passport (this was my first Kelly Coffey-Meyer workout) – perhaps because this indicates a failure, she goes for the more masculine look & feel. I would love to find one of her that I like, the music really keeps me motivated! In summary, if you prefer big arm muscles, this workout is for you. In the meantime, I hope for a pilates, callanetics, yoga workout that really works the arms and back as hard as it fixed but to extend and stretch your arms and make your muscles toned and defined than narrow. If anyone knows of a work like this, I appreciate any recommendations. Rating: 4 / 5

I bought this video after watching Kelly Coffey-Meyer’s Step-Boxing workout DVD that is just amazing. I love her style, no-nonsense, no uproar did the exercises well and trained well. Her style seems pretty spartan, no frills, no tension and I love that about her. This particular video is also simple and clear out. The editing leaves much to be desired, I think. There are several options (or mix) to customize your workout, two workouts choice (legs, chest and back, or biceps, triceps,) axes with different “active rest” (low-impact cardiovascular or abdominal work). Again, the exercises are simple and straightforward. Editing of the mix, however, does not give enough time to go from lying on the floor doing AB work to stand up and hold 15 pounds dumbbells for the next set, so I always rush these transitions. In addition, the leg workout is not very challenging at all, though I guess you can always increase the weight and challenged in that way, still, I thought that part of the training the least out of this DVD, and it was the part I was looking forward to most. Overall, however, Coffey-Meyer-sized, talking through each exercise direct, concise, and just exudes motivation. I would like to own another step-boxing DVDs to her, I will still check out her other stuff. Rating: 3 / 5

This video is AWESOME! I’ve always liked lifting weights, but did not know where to start. This video is a way to get introduced to weight training and have worked every muscle. I used 5 pounds weights to start and let me say that I sweated over the first 50-10 minutes. I’ve always just done cardio workout, so this was new for me. I felt more tired after doing this 30 minute workout video than running in 30 minutes. This was money well spent. I recommend this DVD! Rating: 5 / 5

I enjoyed this DVD because I did not have to think about what to do to get an effective workout muscle building. This DVD offers many opportunities to tailor training to your needs or the time you have. It contains modified versions of some of the exercises for beginners and a choice of active rest (cardio or ABS). Kelly is very motivating, but not distracting. My husband started to do that with me and are very impressed by the results (first fitness DVD has all he wanted to do with me). So, if you’re a male, this DVD is right for you also. You will see results! Rating: 5 / 5

I like this DVD because it is short and sweet. I have 15 hours a day so I can not fit into more than 30 minutes to work out one day and this video allows me to get a good workout in without having to spend timmar.För to make this film a real sweat, when I have a day off, I have a 30 minute run before this video and then I can really feel my training at the end and I sweat as galen.Även on the video is good for only a short time today, if you have more time to devote to fitness, I would recommend doing an extra cardio session mini (10-30 minutes) before the video to get a real sweat in.
