    After over a month, I never got the product and never heard from the seller. If you look at customer reviews dvdlegacy, I was not the only one who had this experience. It looks like they are bankrupt or going bankrupt. Fortunately I was able to cancel this order and have my card credited. All my previous Amazon purchase was great and on time. Amazon and its customers would stay away from dvdlegacy! Rating: 1 / 5

    The training / yoga segments in this DVD is organized in a way that is very odd (and not very good). In the main menu, you can choose: Standing Poses or twist forms, or back-bends, etc. Each segment lasts about 20 minutes. Going from a 20-minute segment to another, you have to go back to the main menu and select another set poser.Det is no “combined workout” or to make an integrated training / walking. There are no segments longer than 20 minutes. So if you want some variation and / or a longer session, this DVD will not really help you. I found this way of organizing the meetings as very odd, and does not promote a well rounded, seamless träning.Om morning I had known this was how they made this DVD, I would not have bought it, and unfortunately I can not say that I recommend this DVD.     This is a perfect yoga routine for busy people who just 25 minutes every morning. At the end of the week you have gone through most things, and if you do this regularly it really makes a difference. I have to get up and out the door by 7:00 every morning, and this fits into my schedule well and offers enough variety so that you can practice over and over again without getting bored. My husband and I have done so daily since May this week and I can feel a big difference from it, especially if I’m on holiday and missed it for a week. I like the detailed description, and think it is calming, which is a better way to start the day. I have recommended it to friends, and already have it as a reference for Christmas from a couple of them. Rating: 5 / 5

    Rodney Yee is the best yoga instructor for the video that I have encountered. His word is actually translated into commands that the body is almost spiritual. Too many videos that claim to be “yoga” is not close to the traditional yoga at all, but Rodney consistently faithful to the art. This amendment Yoga is good for warm-ups before an aerobic workout. To buy and use this video is one of the best things you can do for your body. Rating: 5 / 5
