The actual exercise is painless, but you can really tell that your abs are worked, my main objection is that the instructions for assembly were not clear, so I worked a lot to let the picture on the box, which was less good than it could have been. Basically, the small distances that are not mentioned in the instructions to go between the frame and cushions armen.Jag recommend this equipment! Rating: 5 / 5
