I’ve been looking for a good kettle bell workout after getting into the kettle bell’n with Amy Dixon’s “Give me 10″ workout video where she introduced the kettle bells in her extra section. It was so funny and so different from my other home träning.Okej, first out, make sure to get a heavy enough kettle bell. For women, the recommended weight 20 pounds! If you use a 5 or 10 lb kettle bell, you may not be the real benefits of the exercise routine. I am a 40 + women and I begin this workout with a £ 15 kettle bell. It is the smallest weight I would recommend. I am a bit wimpy upper body strength, although the actual workout is in the body. The whole idea of training swinging the heavy cauldron around the clock. Do not start with anything less than 15 kg. 20-30 kg. that gives you the ultimate challenge and you will build a huge styrka.Videon is excellent. It consists of three sections. The first section is a tutorial on how to turn and handle heavy weight. There are six exercises, you learn and are used throughout Sections 2 and 3. Amy Bento show and explain every time very good and this section gives you the opportunity to practice each exercise and prepare you for the other two delarna.Den second part is for beginners, but is quite challenging. You will feel like you really worked your muscles and it is your heart rate goes too. Although she leads itself (there are no other students), she makes it fun, challenging and interesting. You move mainly from the six exercises in a fast paced manner. The routine is 30 minutes and figure out all your muscles and get heart arbetsredskapDet third section uses the same set of exercises, but she combines them into a set of swings for an even more challenging workout. Between each part of the kettle bell exercises, Amy adds cardiac measures to keep your heart rate high. This is definitely a challenging workout, my only grip on the exercise is stretching section. At the end of each section a very short distance that is unique to each workout. Since there is a section added to the end that are identical in every workout. This may be a type of Tammi Lee Webb who produced this film and do repeat this stretch on her video. It would be better if they added a unique and long-distance routine to complete träningen.Sammantaget this is an excellent video for beginners and turn you into an intermediate kettle Beller in no time if you stick to it! I was a little disappointed in this video. I was hoping to really get my heart rate up, but the instructor is slow in action and talk too much. I had used a video that came with kettlebells and was looking for a little more when I decided to try this. There is a lot slower than I had used so I’ll go back to the old. Rating: 3 / 5

This video is definitely the way to start the kettlebells! She has an education section, a beginner and intermediate sections. Her form and features are right. I started with five pounds and the first time could only get through a circuit. I’m doing better now. This is my third day with this. She also has some stretching exercises after beginning training. The intermediate section also includes a card. And of course I had not worked in a couple of years, but think this will keep me going. It is fun and short when you’re done you know you’ve had a workout. I am 69 years old. . . . Rating: 5 / 5

I just found it. Seems real basic and solid foundation to begin with. Got it for my sister who has never made kettlebells (or much of anything else either) and have justified her. Great DVD to begin with are safe. Rating: 5 / 5
