It is an okay product. I notice that I had more energy. But what sucks is, one night I forgot to take pills and the next morning, it felt like I had a blast! I felt like I had a stomach ache, cramps, diarrhea, whatever. But every time I go to the toilet, nothing will! First, I am not a fan of diet pills or any kind of diet that claims to help you lose weight super fast, or lose 20 pounds in one week, because quite simply, it is not healthy. And I must say it again, do not expect these to work if you do not agree to eat healthier and stop eating junk. And finally, exercise, exercise, exercise! I have taken the extreme acai berry and have had incredible results and always wanted to try a colon cleanse but have been a little scared because of the horror stories I have heard and I did not want to be fixed to the toilet for several days. Since acai extreme worked well and I trust the ingredients that this company is in their products, I decided to try the gentle colon cleanse as well.
