This product is packaged in a facility that processes nuts. This was not evident until the package arrived. Leaflet on Amazon does not even hint allergy warning. My son has severe nut allergies, so went in the trash container and my money spent on this point. Rating: 1 / 5

I use this to make pancakes and oven fried chicken. This product comes in handy – instead of white flour or whole wheat flour – this is a good substitute. It is a bit expensive, so I can start making my own mix. Rating: 4 / 5

I found this baking mix to be awful to be blunt. It has a bad odor and taste, and bake up gummy and spongy. I know there is a low carb products, but honestly, I can do my self up and it tastes much better than this. Not to mention, it’s ridiculously overpriced, especially for what you get (the above bad taste and odor) If you have an extra $ 12 – that’s what I used – to throw in a couple of cups of flour, move on. But do not say that I did not warn you!
