    I like the Atkins bars for a quick breakfast. they offer variety and I tried this product but it is not my favorite. However, I would buy it again. Rating: 3 / 5

    I find the bars a bit expensive but there is lack of competition. They play their role to a low carb sweet morning. I like them, but I prefer chocolate “daytime” bars. The original Atkin apple crisp bars were much better I think. Rating: 3 / 5

    This is one of the few Atkins bars that I’m not crazy. But they did grow on me. I used my bar with a warm dryck.Betyg: 3 / 5

    These bars are very good. I like the apple flavor on top. They are especially good with a cup of hot tea for a snack to satisfy your desires. Rating: 5 / 5

    Of course this is not mom’s apple bars, but for a high-protein, low carb bar – fantastic! They are a “breakfast” taste, unlike other chocolate types, and is suitable for the initial phase – the other day Break bars I’ve seen are not. They do not have that “cardboard” or “sawdust” taste and texture of other protein / low carb bars have had previously. I tend to eat a proper cooked breakfast, but when I can not, it’s good to have on hand! By the way, is it worth buying the new Atkins book if you’re seriously trying to lose weight. They have updated the plan based on new scientific knowledge and experience. They tell you what to do if you stop losing, and so on. Rating: 5 / 5
