Sarah is dimwitted and slow to speak, spend most of the band walking on the stuff and not just get to the point to do the exercises. This band is perfect for people who want to look at yoga, but not actually do it. I like to look at Sarah, and there are plenty of close-ups of her face (always the critical part of the body when doing yoga exercises). I returned my copy and will wait for sarah do a sequel “Nude Yoga For Complete Idiots” before buying a new (…) Rating: 1 / 5

I have not performed this year and thought that this DVD would help me ease back into things. I played the DVD and began to follow. The instructor gave very detailed information on poses. Too much, she never stopped talking! When the DVD ended, I wonder where is the training? I felt like the whole band was nothing short intro absolutely no training. This DVD is a good idea to rent or borrow ONCE. After that it is doubtful that it will be of great benefit. Rating: 1 / 5

I bought the Pilates for Dummies and found it very useful to someone who exercise regularly, but is new to a particular type of exercies. The Yoga for Dummies band was so fundamental that it gives you instructions on how to stand up. The training was too easy even for someone who has practiced yoga at a half dozen of Dimes. Sad. For Basic. Stupid Sound effects and animation. If you do not like “for dummies” books, you are definitely not going to like this band. the instructor is good. but the format of a workout is terrible. Rating: 2 / 5

I have made this movie for about two months now and I start to see some results. I wish they had some at the end where she just went straight through the exercises and not talk so damn much, but it is still consistently. Rating: 4 / 5
