Poor quality machine, even worse customer service. Do it right, buy a Bow Flex.

Well I actually bought a used BIOFORCE 2. 2 about 1 week ago. So far this machine is great. It is sturdy, and gives a great workout. Many exercises, including abs and some row exercises.

This is a very high quality product. I have owned several home gyms over the years and the Bio Force is the best in its class. Very versatile and well built. The ease of changing the setup to do your workout takes the work out of your workouts and shortens the time of your workouts. The packaging, manuals, and assembly are a snap. I have owned the Bow Flex and the Bio Force is better in every way. Also, I had a noise in one cylinder called manufacture and had a new cylinder in one week, no problem. The quality of the materials and build of the unit are excellent.

I took a trip to Sports Authority last year to purchase a bowflex. While at the store on of the employee’s notices I am looking the bowflex and talks me into trying the Bio Force at the store. As soon as I tried it I noticed the smooth flow of each exercise. It felt very natural through out the entire range of motion. Having worked with weights for years I wanted something to keep toned and this machine felt like it could work. I went home did some research and found an almost new unit on Craigslist. Bought it the next day and have been using it for over a year. I have to tell you this machine is quality and will give you a great work out. Fits nicely in the basement and looks good. If you are on the fence visit a sporting goods store and try this machine. I think you will surprised. I was. 5 stars all the way!!

This looks and feels like an expensive machine. It is a pleasure to look at as well as to use. My only suggestion is to be careful when standing up from the seat because the metal bars on which the machine rests are exactly where you want to step. You could very easily twist an ankle or fall off the side.
