    I’m a big fan Bethenny and I am so excited for this release! I have both her Skinny Girl books and think she has a good approach to health and welfare. In this film, is joined by Bethenney popular yoga and Pilates instructor Kristin McGee, and in fact it is Kristin who is actually leading a passport, although she and Bethenny jokes back and forth, with Bethenny often suggest changes for drag.Från main menu of the DVD can you choose “Workout features” that gives you several options: * Play all (55 minutes) * Yoga (40 minutes) * Weight training (10 minutes) * Bonus Booty (5 minutes) the exercise of yoga is strength-focused in nature. Force practices, while well done, is too short to be of great benefit, even if they can work better in combination with one or both of the bonus workout.
