I bought this for my office. One of the weights was broken in the navigation of any fault of the company I ordered from. They replaced it for free and still not even charge me for sending it. WOW quality and packaging of this product is fantastic and shipping was very fast, but the instructions / guidelines for a $ 2,500 product is aweful! I’m no rocket scientist but I think I can now build one after this experience! It took probably 10 hours to put together and it may have up to two hours less with good instructions to where I didn’t have to guess or remove bolts later. Anyways it is the only downside is that product quality gym membership and I love it. Rating: 4 / 5
