Very thin material for what I wanted. I bought the exercise bike. Have since bought three different styles around eight times heavier equipment for about $ 12 more each. Still using it as going out of the sauna carpet anyway. I thought it would be thicker. works well as a mat to step on and not slip, however. Rating: 2 / 5
