I tried each rower has made, and the VR100 is one of the worst, I have no idea who came with 5 stars for this complete Piece-O Garbage. Yes, it is cheap, but 5 stars, not at all. The computer is weak at best, not the seat does not slide very smoothly, the base business is a joke, and worst of all, the front end off the ground when you pull on this. The seller of fitness store where I tried it, tells me that I could put some ankle weights on the front to hold down on the ground, seriously, ankle, LOL, this was the worst of all rowing machines I tested. Kettler & Life Core were the two best of the bunch, I ended up buying Life Core R100, which was head and shoulders above the rest. 5 stars, Com’on, lets at least try to be honest. Rating: 1 / 5

Operation is smooth, resistance levels could be a bit more challenging, easy to install, if you really just follow the instructions, and you get out what you put in träning.Jag thought buying Stamina ATS 1400, because I have used it before with good results, but after reading some of the dodgy reviews on it and find a site created by a fitness professional who calls an exercise equipment expert (hint hint), I went with the rowers, the VR100, which he recommends. Like this person, I have been to many gyms and get to beat me up on lots of machines. This is the only rower that I’ve used so far, it has not aggravated my aching knees. Good buy on it now does for you in one piece through the shipping process! Rating: 4 / 5

I needed a low impact workout, which will continue to challenge me, that I can vary in intensity. A friend recommended this machine, and I am fond of det.Öppna box was scary. The instructions include an exploded view showing parts of many, many elements that made the machine look very complicated. In reality, it took about half an hour to assemble, I did it to me, and the instructions were clear and simple so that I never had to back up and do something again. All tools ingick.Om you’re not in shape, get someone to help you move the box. It is big and clumsy, and one end is heavier than the other. Get it in and out of the car and up the stairs was challenging. The box weighed about 75 pounds, I think. But the individual parts are very easy to use and easy to montera.Gång together, this is a dream! Movement is very smooth, it seems simple and straightforward, and the display is clear. It is solidly built – not rock or move around on the floor, and is very quiet even though the fan. The fan is perfectly positioned to keep you cool. The seat is comfortable and glides easily, and drag is smooth and solid. Intensity adjustment is simple, clear and nice enough to accommodate varying fitness nivåer.Denna equipment is very close to gym quality machines I’ve used at a much lower price. I am satisfied and will put the manufacturer at the top of my list when I’m looking for other parts of the equipment. Rating: 5 / 5

Like BodyCraft stuff – a good product for the home. Not really built for commercial use, but apparently does the job at home. The expansion is good enough or not creaky rock-solid – front plastic – just plastic. The machine is not quiet – no unhealthy grating sounds, just a lot of wind noise. Computer Osaka – heartrate monitor does not work with exercise – too much chest rörelse.Still, unless you’re some kind of superathlete – this machine will make a very respectable conditioning job, surely you hold up your end of the bargain. I do not know if I can believe that counting calories but I can burn 800 in 30 minutes at 45 strokes per minute – and the machine is recommended 60 to 70 beats per minut.Så a reasonable machine for around the house. Not superb, but very good. Rating: 4 / 5

This thing is solid. Ignore the comment from a reviewer says that the front lifts off the ground. When properly configured for rowing, my legs locked in place above the ground. There is no way forward could lift only when the front and the legs are in contact with the ground. The middle part is used only when the rowers are important for lagring.I ‘m 6′2 “with long legs and there is plenty of room left on the slider when my legs are fully extended. (I used to beat the end of a piston rower.) Rating: 5 / 5
