I bought the $ 55 version of Bodylastics (includes circuit training DVD) based on others’ reviews, and yes, I agree that this product is great! The 4 rubber band to give me all the resistance and tension in the body, I could want – I use them separately but I see that I could really challenge my works without clipping along more than one band at a time. So far I have been able to emulate nearly all equpment gym workout at home, and everything I needed in addition to the Bodylastics kit is a door, and chair and an exercise mat. Rate packages conveniently in the included pouch, and all weigh just £ 4th Take it anywhere. I registered for one year access to Strength Band University (included free), their online details of all exercises and routines, with video and PDF files. And to think I almost bought a Bowflex or Total Gym! I feel very clever! Rating: 5 / 5
