If you buy a new Bowflex, do not do what I did and order the upgrade before getting your machine. My Bowflex Extreme XTLU came with a mat and 310LB upgrade and there is no room for adding an extra £ 50 rods, if you replace two lighter pieces with them. That’s all this kit are two rods 50 pounds. This upgrade is very easy to install. The new sticks only to slide out the end of the tube holding current. Value for money to max out my Bowflex Xtreme2, particularly for leg exercises. Rating: 5 / 5

I ordered these earlier this year. The rods were very bent. I thought they would clear up but have not. They were an upgrade to the £ 310 upgrade. I’ll see if I can get a replacement, otherwise the Bowflex is great. Rating: 2 / 5
