SUBJECT: MY ORDER EXPERENCEI end of December I ordered a bow flex ultimate xtul on your website. I printed out the order and never received an e-brev.Om 3 days later I get a massage saying that there is an error with my address (was not), so I called and was told that you are near where I live and I can pick it up. I spend 15 minutes on the phone with your rep. and most of the time was dead air, I doubt that he said 10 words to me and I had to drill him about where I could pick it up and när.Så I spent 2 hours fighting traffic and show up on your caller just discover that they have no information and I would have to go up. Here I want to say ok well take me, this is the pissy attitude begins to come out. I make the guy on the bridge to take me up trappan.Nu your seller, I stand there for 20 minutes get a rundown of how screwed up the order and I would have to come back. Here I review the slandered customer response (as in customer service myself make room installations and repairs for a very good German company) ok to kill order. He was more than happy to do it, but he would not get on the phone and fix the problem. $ 1500 may not be much for you but it’s a hell of a lot to me and I spent much time deciding to buy this machine. So now im angry, after a further 5 minutes to give him what he is writing a new order and sends me back down trappor.Nu im getting the cold shoulder from the dock staff, the guy driving this truck is a very dangerous way (I would have had fired from a warehouse job of this in my earlier days), so to top it all off they look through the boxes in my van, I mean really Slam them leaves me to wonder if something was broken. Im not one to rip on the little guys in the warehouse, given its usably a middle management level, lets make this happen but I do not like bad language and attitude when things go wrong. . So here’s where im left, a machine I want but can not hold because of how I was treated. Bowflex is a great home gym, but it does not replace going to an actual gym. Its good if you do not have time to go to the gym all the time. Rating: 3 / 5

I do not yet own Bowflex Ultimate XTLU, but I’ve used it and it’s excellent. I want this object really bad. Before and during Christmas each item as little as $ 965 or $ 985, which is at least $ 200 cheaper than now. Note to Amazon or Fitness Outlet: Lower back to the days before Christmas, price & I will be a notch up now! Rating: 4 / 5

We recently purchased the Bowflex ultimate — the product is excellent ochgillar actually rowing the opportunity it has. My husband and son had no problem fitting it – they have done for 3 hours. Bowflex continues to produce quality equipment —– would notify companies that we bought the product from as it came with a few brochures at all – so had to wait to mount ochanvändning – was no problem for brochures from someone and got demstrax to make and do ask — — Rating: 5 / 5

This is a good machine but a bit spendy. The leg attachment is a bit thin and bent at my fig area while I use it (I’m 6′2 210). Pros: do not worry about going to the gym. Do not worry about having a spotter.Nackdelar: Must have the patience to change parts out during the workout. Leg attachment is a bit thin. raises a fare space. Requires a lot of self motivation because you train in solitude. Rating: 3 / 5
