    I ordered this program with high hopes but in the weeks I only lost 6 inches 1 / 2 on my chest and waist. My arms, thighs, and the weight stayed the same. I am also in a contest at work for the most weight lost. So I watch what I eat. I cut out the white stuff like rice and pasta. My weight has not changed much. At week 9, I will return to more aerobics, strength training less. This program is not for me. Especially since it is the first time I consistently worked out 5 days a week for 9 weeks with not much progress. If you have about 30 pounds to lose, stick with aerobics and maybe 2 days a week with strength training. Or a combination of both. I think this program is for people with not much weight to lose, but would like to tone up. I will probably sell my program. Rating: 1 / 5

    I am satisfied with customer service. When I found the video it was damaged due to shipping. I called and told the vendor. He sent out a new happy next day. Very fast and courteous. Rating: 4 / 5

    I have done this work since the first of the year. So far I have lost 11 pounds and almost 15 inches in total. Passport is a fun and challenging. I have not changed what I eat as I should but I am happy with the changes show up. Rating: 5 / 5

    I would highly recommend this program. It is easy to follow and Chalean is very motivating even through television. For some of us can be an obstacle to weight training, but this program is fun and has a great diversity. Best of all, it gives results surprisingly quickly. Rating: 5 / 5
