I was recommended this video from a friend who knows Jennifer Wolfe, because I had received a prenatal yoga class and was a resort for help because I was oriented towards difficult yoga and my loved ones and wanted to move to relax and they were not yogis. It was too difficult for them (I have never used it) I had to laugh when I saw the change chatturanga. But I think if someone is already fit and their bodies used to vinyasa this is a great resource for them. Rating: 3 / 5

The DVD’s are great! I reinforce all of my muscles to work. Its also very relaxing after a long day at work or an emotional day from horomones. This is my first child so I hope everything work with the DVD will help me get through work as naturally as possible. Rating: 5 / 5

As a regular Yoga practitioners, this DVD is exactly what I was looking for. I do not think Jeniffer is pregnant but she has been pregnant two practitioners, each of them at different pregnancy trimesters, and it helps to understand how much you can do and you should do after your trimester. Also short-form version offers 15min, 30min and 45min workout, which allows me to choose depending on my time compensation and physical condition. If you are a Power Yoga lovers, this movie is for you. But if you never exercise regularly before pregnancy, or prefer more relaxed style of yoga, you may find this DVD to hard and fast.
