This product is good for the price. it was a bit noisy but otherwise worked well. The only problem I had was that it only came with a picture and no step by step instructions. the picture was very small and they only showed the picture of the nuts and bolts. then when it came to the nuts and bolts it was just a picture and how many of them there were supposed to be. they needed to specify which bolt went where, but it was like a guessing game that I did not like. I just put this together yesterday elliptical. It was easy to put together, the direction was unclear, but common sense took over the direction in which to disclose details. I’m 5′6 “and feel a bit long on the elliptical, use the tip of the handle and step length seems short, but it is robust and will get the job done. It is quiet and has very little wobble to it even when you’re using it a high speed. Love your board seems accurate heart rate monitor. I recommend this to anyone under 150 pounds. and shorter than 5′6 “who are not looking to spend a lot of money on a nice elliptical but still want a good work out. I’ve only used it once but so I can not vouch for how it is. Rating: 3 / 5

Overall I like this elliptical so I gave it 4 stars. However, it is a bit shaky and it does creak a bit (not a big deal, I just buy some oil on it). Assembling it was boring because the instructions are really not that great and the chart is really unclear. It is best to have two people when putting it together, even if I did it myself, it took only längre.Det is my review of the machine itself. Now I have to mention the vendor, Golf Outlets of America – their packaging is really bad. The nuts, bolts, and other small items were not in the sealed bag, but scattered throughout the box. The box ended up being damaged by puncturing a hole through it so some of the nuts and bolts fell out. One of the parts were also damaged beyond repair. The good thing was, however, that Golf Outlets eventually responded to my e-mail about this and sent me the missing parts (total, took me about second five weeks to get the elliptical up because of this). Just thought I should mention this, because they are the only dealer of this product at Amazon. Rating: 4 / 5

This machine had many problems out of the box: The main steel shaft was warped, so when the two main government established, put out the stub / plug on the side of the handle, leaving a 2 mm hole in the greatest fame, so when I step on the machine, making it a rattling buller.Den plastic over the wheel was warped, and the tension knob did not work. I used wood cutting tools to carve a line where the plastic was warped, press on the pedal so that the scraping noise would sluta.Det worked well enough for self-determining, but after about 10 minutes in their first use was something inside the machine creaking, and have yet to disappear. I’ve used it five times so far (which is horrible, I thought I would use it every day.) And will try to use it more just to get my $ 160 worth of det.Jag is not an athlete, and I is out of shape but not overweight (120 pounds and jiggly, have only exercised> one year, and with very, very light cardio, Bar Method and Leslie Sansone walk at home videos “,” hula for beginners video, and a resistance band & PT prescribed exercises for strength). But I did not break a good sweat, and even go on this machine for 40 + minutes, perhaps because of the dysfunctional tension knob (it has no resistance, as far as I could tell). After doing a walk home “video, I’m wet after 20 minutes… This machine * seems * to not push the user to the right of heart rate, but I got the machine could be an elliptical citron.En recommended by a physiotherapist because of to go home videos gave me the hand stitching, and I pulled my shoulder too. She stressed that not cheap out on a machine, but I do not have enough $ for a gym or professional engineer. I chose this machine after seeing many pretty good reviews for it on Amazon. uk (over there, it has lots of reviews. The other model I considered was the Trust 2-in-one machine for $ 130, but it had very bad reviews elsewhere). Another event I have seen quoted in other reviews of other products made by the Trust are the pedals seem to cause your feet to slide and push your toes against the edge, resulting in a “needle-like” or numbing sensation in your toes when you get off maskinen.I Indeed, one of the main reasons why I chose this over their two cheaper models because none of the reviews for this machine mentioned the decline, or a need to prop the front of a 2×4. Alas, this machine really does not grasp the shoe and benefits from a couple of books stacked in the front. I have also added small squares of Non Skid material on the pedals (the kind you put under a carpet runner, or used as a yoga mat), and it helps a bit, but the two inch increase in front works much better. handlebar also seems a bit short… My arms do not stretch all the way while the stacks, but I’m only 5′4 “. I can not imagine any longer even be installed in it. Stride length is also very short and more of a circular pedaling motion rather than an authentic oval, elliptical rörelse.Om tension had functioned properly, this would not be a bad machine for home use, considering its price compared to others. Based on the machine I had, for the reasons stated above, I could not recommend it to other buyers. Unfortunately, I have no better ideas to offer, because there seems to be a large gap in price and quality. . . It’s either crap machines for $ 300 or less, or nice to start in the $ 1200 talet.Betyg: 3 / 5
