I got this bike as a gift from my children. The computer did not work. I called the company on the mailing label. After two weeks of phone calls I was sent a new computer. It still did not work. I called again and sent another computer. Then I was sent a new bike. None of these computers work. I contacted the company. To get a refund, I returned the bike and they will deduct the shipping cost – $ 42 for a product that does not work!. I think it is a terrible product and the reviews are wrong and misleading. The “gift” has been a headache for me and a dissapoint ment for my children, I strongly discourage anyone from buying it. If you want a bike that does not track the speed or time or distance this one is good but it is far too expensive for the type of bike. Rating: 1 / 5

I got my BIKE TODAY. It took me 30 minutes to put together. It was very easy. MEN Be careful when you remove it in the box. It will stand up in a few minutes, then it seems. DO NOT NEED food in it, it will fall over. (Go on your feet) OJ! I like how it works. Much better than I had. Its great! SANDY Rating: 5 / 5

My bike is less than three weeks and it’s already broken. I can not return it because the shipping would cost me a fortune. Now I have a good bike that I can not use. I would never buy anything like this online again. Rating: 1 / 5

The computer does not have an “off” switch so you only waste batteries waiting four minutes and shut down its own hand.Hela unit has a toxic, chemical smell that I see from across the room. I was worried that it can be dangerous so I looked into it. It turns out that it is manufactured in China. Given China’s history or sell products made by unregulated, hazardous materials that they sell to the U.S., I became more concerned. I contacted the manufacturer to ask what the bike is made of. They said coarse steel and plastic and that there is no such thing as an American Made exerciser. It is clearly earlier than plastic and steel so I guess I just have to wonder what is causing the toxic smell from the bike. In addition, proved to be a 43, second search on the internet that there are lots of bikes sold in the U.S. that are not made in Kina.Jag would not recommend this bike. Rating: 2 / 5
