    Kind of harmonious fusion between kundalini and vinyasa yoga. I can not make any of my other yoga class – I feel like this was made for me! I also look forward to trying the more difficult means. You can mix and match different routines to suit your time frame / state of mind / physical needs. Definitely recommended for intermediate yoga practitioners. Rating: 5 / 5

    I bought this DVD based on strong reviews and look at some of Sadie’s youtube videos. This DVD is simply fantastic for me and my practice. I was looking for a yoga DVD, which resulted in a workout for my body physically and mentally also. This DVD provided that both of these things for me and is well worth buying. Sadie is a good instructor who puts time and effort into her practice. During the performance of flows in this DVD, I always have the option to either check out her website or a website video for more information I needed. How many other DVD yoga instructors provide this service for no cost? That is what makes her amazing.Hittills I’ve done two of the training sequences, which she has sat on the VCR. Core Transformer is a short sequence of about one hour, but seems to be about 30 to 45 minutes. The reminder is mostly a pause at the end, so it feels short. Still very effective. I usually this sequence when I pressed for time. Next I’ve used it throughout the body Sculpt sequence about 1 1 / 2 hours. Totally love this workout and it really becomes the heart beats and I left feeling amazing afterwards. Her technique is unique and I love the “Fists of Fire” which she uses to get the heart rate up. She also has a number of alternating Half Moon means that I have never done before, that I thoroughly enjoyed. This instruction will build your core muscles can reflect on other aspects of yoga.Hennes kind words and add personality to feel in this DVD and see me coming back for more day after day. I usually alternate with another DVD yet due to my love of this DVD and burn myself out. : O) My level is advanced beginners so there are some things on this DVD, I have shied away from. I chose mistakes Learning to Fly the sequence of day and it was a bit out of my league at my skill level. It has some interesting Crow means I can not do yet.     Let me start this by saying that I only have done yoga for about 6 months. I was introduced to it in P90X, and afterwards I decided I wanted more so I started exploring other yoga DVD options (Yee, Kester, Baptiste, Corne, Shiva Rea), because it is very difficult for me to come to a class. In the process of searching, I came across this DVD at Amazon. I found Sadie’s website and youtube page. When I started making some progress with my own yoga, I decided to order. And wow! It is fantastiskt.Sadie is a good teacher and she really gives beginners a good education and hopes that they can move forward. This is not just a workout as I do, it’s a workout as I grow. I love the “seeds” of yoga that I sewed this and how I växer.Andra things I like:-There are 12 different yoga segments and 5 ready-mixed practice – anything, no matter how much time you har.-As mentioned, education is awesome and there are lots of changes to help beginners to reach their potential, Sadie’s voice is very soothing and relaxing. Although she speaks much, is there more to ensure that embarrassing as some other panels I’ve seen, I love her own take on the “flow” yoga – fists of fire, in particular.     This DVD is the best yoga DVDs I have ever spent my money on. Sadie Nardini packs so much in this DVD. She could have 5 or 6 DVDs from this one DVD. I highly recommend this DVD! You will not regret it. Watch also Sadie Nardini book, “Road Trip Guide to the Soul”, her website [. . . ] And her many YouTube videos. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Sadie! Rating: 5 / 5
