    I will rate this post again when I get it. For now I’m rating it a 1 because of the fact that it takes long to send this item. If it was’nt enough, or if there were a few in stock, I would have been notified or should not have been able to purchase this item. I hope this point will be here in time for Christmas.     *** Further to my original review: It has been pointed out that the version available OnDemand via the cable company is only the low-impact exercise. This review is based only on the part of the DVD. *** If you have not read A. Siwicki’s investigation, make it. I second every paragraph of this review and have a few things that tillägga.För First, there is no instruction at all. The only way to know how to do any of those features is to look at, and sometimes it is difficult to make the camera angles and perspective shifts. You may understand how to make the move at the end of the set, but you still can not get any tips on form (ie my elbows should be straight or curved? Should I bend at the knee and HIP?).     I was two seconds from buying this, but restrained myself. Fortunately, it ended up to OnDemand, so I tried it. In the future I would do this in one day, I was totally not interested in breaking my butt or give my all. The individual training is effective, but two sets of eight reps will not do much for you when all is said and done. Jay Johnson also gives you far too much time to rest between exercises. I am pretty fit and active so I followed the girl who carried out the “advanced” moves the entire workout. I believe that the warming was the only thing that made me break a sweat. I ended up doing a kickboxing video for it so I do not feel I wasted my day’s workout. I really like Jay Johnson, so I was hoping this would be more powerful and effective. But I think the only way this would really do something for someone if you are already a very thin person who had a minimal gradient, or for an extreme novice who has not worked for a while. As for me, I will stick with Cindy Whitmarsh and Jillian Michaels. :-) Rating: 1 / 5

    I’ve done this workout every morning for a week now. . I can see a difference in my abs and thighs and I feel more energetic. This is a wonderful DVD, very effective. . . and easy! It is not like most that you sweat your bottom and then you can not even see any results. It is about resistance and accommodation. Have recommended to family and friends and I recommend everyone to want to tone and lose weight! Rating: 5 / 5

    I just received the DVD two days ago and I’ve done it twice so far. I love it. It was exactly what I was looking for to complete my daily gym workout. Jay and the girls really work you out to help tone those sexy parts. I love the fact that you can customize your workout. If you’re looking for a workout that is effective without all that crazy choreography, it’s exercise for you. I highly recommend it! Rating: 5 / 5
