I own other dance video that was so difficult to flow. I have to say that Madonna dose seems to take it slowly and break down the moves. The dance is a brokerage in eight counts, but the only Madonna doesn’t do is break down the count for you. In addition, I have found that near the end of the dance numbers she seems to speed thing up. If you do not lean on my back the last 2:08 to count, so you should be fine. Rating: 3 / 5

I bought this thinking that this would be fun and a decent workout, I tried a few times but could only get into it. it is going a bit fast but I know I can get used to it, but they have very big step, and the lung in it and I think it would be better if they work until I kept finding myself back to the stage I corretly dont really striving for perfection, I just want to make it a bit in the right. there are better than those out there, but I think I will try it again cuz it was not so bad that I will end it. This is a generally inoffensive DVD. The music is pretty bland for “urban” dance (I waited some rap / hip hop-ish). The background dancers would not make the most rural Midwest farmers look twice at them. Everything was just that. . . nice. Among. Okej.Som others have said, this is really not for beginners. The instructor is fast and introduces many many steps and movements. I was totally lost and ended up just randomly jumping / stepping around to keep my heart rate up while peering at the screen, trying to figure out what I would göra.Om I could, I would give it another half-star. It is not a horrible practice DVD, but there are lots better. Rating: 2 / 5

Bought this for my 16 year old daughter who wanted to learn to dance while exercising. We have fun doing it together. Rating: 3 / 5

I mean, she’s pretty hot so it’s cool, but do not expect much of a workout, or much of a dance lesson, I would save money and just get a REAL dance instruction, where you can learn to dance on their own and will this will be your training! The best that I’ve found is how to do the Robot – Breakdance instructional DVD or Top 20 Breakdance Moves. These are the icing on the cake! Good luck! Rating: 2 / 5
