Started out good, but I was a bit worried by “Kym” standing in the intro with its bottom so low on the hips. I kept it going and the group looked and dressed okay, with Ashly leader. Kym at the forefront wearing the same pair of bottoms and definitely do not act as she trains. I thought I could see the unprofessionalism as long as she stayed tillbaka.Ashly was very professional and dressed like she was there to dance and train. Then she hands it over to Kym and that was it, I took it out and threw away det.Jag wanted to train, and maybe with my kids, but not someone who acts as if she tries to seduce any person in the room. For me it becomes my stomach and completely UNMOTIVATIONAL for workout DVD to show to seduce a woman in barely there clothes, especially since we who buy them do not look or act så.Jag’m also an overweight my daughter would like to use it, but she got the same sense from the personen.Som a mother and wife, I could not such things in my home. . . more money is wasted, another lesson. The first time I played it I spent more time trying to follow the steps but I have been dancing almost all my life and could catch on pretty quickly. I wish I had more time to do it. Rating: 3 / 5
