There is a rubber blue triangles that come in a box with no instructions. Each edge is different, I guess for different uses, but I do not know because there is not even a brochure to show that purpose. Door stops? Rating: 1 / 5

This is not a good product. I have and recommend Docter Rites’s Real Ease neck support. It is a much better product for people with neck pain. Rating: 2 / 5
