This is one of the best movies I have, for all levels, good training but also relaxing. Rating: 5 / 5

I have tried many DVD’s for yoga instructors from various. Almost all of them are excellent. . . just to name Rodney Yee, Barbara Benagh. This special DVD I find quite annoying because she does not shut up! I could not get passed the first minute of it. She seems to have a DVD of everything but she is the master of nothing, and certainly not yoga. Not professionally, continue talking beyond the necessary explanations. If you are serious about yoga, you should try other DVDs of well-known and recognized instructors (Rodney Yee, Barbara Benagh). Rating: 1 / 5

I have done Kundalini Yoga with Ana Brett & Ravi Singh and absolutely love their DVDs. I figured what the heck. . . I’ll try this one. I was so disappointed. When I got on the spot (I had to look up the TV to see what I could do) and began to move, she was already the next thing. Very, very frustrating. My back is killing me after making this DVD. Do yourself a favor, do not waste your $ $ on this. Rating: 1 / 5

I have not worked in at least 10 years and this DVD makes me want to take the time to do it! It is provocative enough to make you feel good that you accomplished something and it is not so difficult that you do not want to put on TV again. I had more energy and felt more alert in just a few days than I had in a really long time! Totally recommend it to at least get started if you want to do something but do not have much time, just set aside 20 minutes a day and you’re done! Rating: 5 / 5
