I tried this and lost 6 1 / 2 pounds in one week. It was easy and smooth, and I did not have to spend hours listening to boring bands. It might not work for everyone, but I think it depends on your attitude. If you want to seriously lose some weight it is worth a try. Rating: 5 / 5

This is a different weight loss program and I was surprised how well it worked for me. The strip hypnotize yourself to eat less by learning how to kill your hunger pangs. I am much less hungry as I was before the band hypnotized me, and I have lost around 15 pounds in six months. Rating: 5 / 5

This deluxe box came with two bands that were all mostley empty. The first band had about a 10 minute introduction and the rest of the band was completely empty and the other band had about a fifteen-minute hypnosis session, and the rest of the tape was blank. Both things have easily fit on one side of a 60-minute tape. Do not waste your money. Rating: 1 / 5
