This is a 64-minute DVD for beginners yoga shown in two sequences, the AM and PM yoga yoga champion Elena Brower. AM-sequence has basic poses with gentle stretching and bending of repetitions of a tone, streamline and muscles. AM sequence also contains Namaskara Surya (Sun Salutation), which is defined by a series of six special positions with a breathing pattern. PM sequence is designed to stretch muscles. AM-section of this DVD was great, but the PM version was pretty blah. I understand that yoga is about breathing, but just breathe? I thought that stretching was involved also. I’ve used it once. I would not recommend it. Rating: 2 / 5

I like 2 yoga sessions on this DVD. The instructors voice is soothing and the music (sounds of Indian sitar) is suitable for relaxation and meditation. It is definitely for beginners as it says in the title. I have already spent some time to learn the basics of yoga but I am rusty and have forgotten a lot. So this is very nice to get me started there igen.Som looking for an introduction to yoga would do well to check this out. The basics of breathing techniques and mind-body connection is on – enough to get started. Anyone who is basically good health can make the arrangements because there is something here that will bind your body in a knot:) Rating: 4 / 5

This DVD has a good range of Yoga exercises, taking into account the different times of day I might want to do them and also offer different lengths of time that I must do them in. This gives a sense of personalization and options. The exercise is moderate. I am very happy with this skiva.Jag let a friend borrow it, which had not really done much yoga before and was quite pleasantly surprised when the PM practices to help them wind down for the day and get a good night if you’re looking sömn.Så for something to help you start or finish your day today, this is one one måste.Betyg: 4 / 5

I’ve always been interested to learn the art of YOGA because of its relaxing properties. Although the video is pretty good, she is perfect in body fitness and conditioning, and while the exercises that she shares seem easy, when I tried to do them, it was difficult for mig.Den routine is filmed in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and surrounded of a beautiful garden. Since I’m here in my living room, was the contrast in my surroundings amazing, and I guess after we become skilled and able to do so outside the pool, a perspective förbättras.Vi have made some sets this week, and have begun to see forward to a repeat as it becomes easier as the days go by. Would highly recommend this as a beginning step, but looking forward to an ability to do by myself, outside, where the setting will definitely improve our ability to remove stress from our vardag.Betyg: 4 / 5
