I bought this DVD and have used since my 30 months. I am 8 months now and IM do yoga with this DVD almost every day for 5 minutes and I would say that I love. They move slow and easy to follow. Even breathing becomes deeper as you continue to practice. I have less back pain now and I feel my body become flexible to work. I will also meditate with another DVD, which helps reduce my stress level. I have 2 other yoga DVDs, but this is my favorite because it means they are practical and tones every muscle in your body. I’m in the 5th week of my 3rd Pregnancy. I got 45 with my first and was in terrible condition. I did not loose weight until after my 2nd pregnancy where I just got 25, but was overweight. I finally lost all the baby weight and then some and now I’m here for # 3. I am no where near in great shape, but at least my weight is down and I am working on it. I promised myself to have a healthy pregnancy this time. My diet is good, I just needed to find a work that I like and who would not take an hour of my time. I purchased 4 pregnancy workouts – 2 Pilates and 2 yoga and I love them all. I looked at pretty much any prenatal workout Amazon has to offer (spent a few days reading reviews) and is super happy with my choice. All 4 makes the training very personal, the music is good, and there is not one of the super-Peppy over two things that so many passports. They are all well trained in their art and have many years of experience behind them. # 1 – Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga with Elena BrowerDetta is a great workout! This is my first time doing yoga, but I have done some of the moves in my usual non-pregnancy pilates, and I loved it. It has really loosened up my rigid and made my hips and lower back feels so much better. I thought I would die during my 2nd pregnancy because of all my ailments. I talked to many of my friends about yoga and what to look for. They told me about how I would feel it, but do not overstretch, to know what my body boundaries. The breathing really helps. This is also a postnatal workout, I look forward to! # 2 to 10 minutes Solution Prenatal Pilates with Lizbeth Garcia This energized me really. The use of weights with broad and my pulse was up and walking. I love Lizbeth Garcia. I LOVE that you can choose what order to do that and you can do one or as many as you want! I look forward to the postnatal workout after my beautiful little arrival! # 3 – Pilates during pregnancy with Niece PecenkaAllt I can say is – wow! My bones are out of shape. The ab workout is good and helps me feel open and even helped my bloated feeling passes. The leg work is challenging and has a lot of different features my other Pilates workouts do not, but I know it will be easier when I gain strength. Some of his movements is not always the same length, but I love doing this work. # 4 – Yoga for Pregnancy & Labor Born with Colette CrawfordJag did this today and it really relaxed my body and soul (as I did in my 3 and 5 years old ran around the house doing crazy things). It’s very simple and straightforward and anyone can do it. I feel motivated after having done so and so many pressures are gone. As mentioned in some of the other reviews in that the girls are not super thin and it’s kind of nice sometimes. She talks a lot about breathing, is in the moment, and just feel your body. I would recommend it to anyone who just needs a little time to learn to relax and do some good stretching to help with aches and pains, I hope this helps someone out there looking for some good exercise to keep fit and feel control over their pregnancy. Just a side note, I have noticed that the draw really helps me to control my cravings and the desire to eat. It reassures me and helps me to feel control. Rating: 5 / 5
