    The core of this work is acceptable power yoga to the regular Vinyasa – greetings sun and warrior dance. It is good for beginners with some yoga intimacy, have acceptable flow, although there is little here I have not seen in many other power yoga DVDs. Turner has a quiet voice, gives some form pointers and references good. I would not recommend this to an absolute beginner yoga, but it can be good for a first power-style practice because the pace is slower than vissa.Varje “Elements” DVD I’ve seen has been a rewarding produkt.Jag but was annoyed by Turner beginning, she said “celebrities” and a “mind / body expert” who holds a master’s degree in psychology. I can skip the ego screen, please. Her allegations, sprinkled throughout the practice (presumably evidence of this formidable mind / body expert) was also young for me. Anyway, that claim to a mind / body expert has just proved that she is not wishing en.Jag video instructors would teach without talking down to his audience. Rating: 3 / 5

    I thought that yoga would be very little breathing and bending jag.Det knew was hard work. I now have a new admiration for those who do yoga.Jag working on it. She is good. If she would just not talk about themselves självdet would be perfect. Rating: 3 / 5

    This video is excellent if you are already familiar with Advanced Power Yoga. I bought this at Walmart to help me on my weight loss program. . . my back has been out for several days, this band really damaged me. I know it was my fault for not stopping when I realize that it was too advanced for me. Not for people with weak back! Although instructors strained “Smile” in the whole exercise was just stupid.     I do my yoga about 4 times a week. I am an Indian, and familiar with yoga n the terminology. This is a good video, but entirely without explaining what body parts the yogasnas goal. At the end of the video gives a general idea, but not enough. Wold I prefer a small note on each posture, with your name, target area and use. The video is otherwise very good, makes you sweat it out. Rating: 3 / 5
