This elliptical took me 2nd 5 hours to assemble. The tools included. This elliptical is even better than some of the elliptical, I spent at the gym. It has 8 programs plus I can tailor my own program. Heart rate monitor function effectively without sweaty palms. Rating: 5 / 5

My husband and I really enjoy working out on this elliptical. It was easy to assemble and is extremely quiet. I think the pre-programmed workouts and have the ability to make them more challenging or not. Rating: 5 / 5

I’m getting a great workout with this machine. The instructions are a bit confusing, you have to go slowly and make reference to the schematic of the parts on the following pages. I recommend that you use your own tools provided to them by not allowing you to tighten the screws without damaging your hands. The bolts need to be torqued to prevent noise during operation. The supplied grease works great on neoprene rollers to prevent noise, and. The Super Saver Shipping worked well too. Ellipitical received less than 10 days. Rating: 5 / 5

The only problem I had with this machine was that the elliptical does not come with a manual. We had to pick one from the Internet. It was also missing a few screws, but that does not affect the assembly. It took about 3 hours of my mechanically inclined to put this together. It is very smooth and quiet in operation and feels very solid. It does not have a lot of bells and whistles, but it does not matter to me. I was looking for a quality engineer for over $ 1000 and feel that I have found it. Rating: 5 / 5

Apart from some shipping date confusion, as Amazon’s conveyor solved happy, I’m really happy with this purchase! I installed it myself (56 years old grandmother) in about 2 1 / 2 hours – I agree with another reviewer that using your own tools is a much better thing! It went together easily and is very stable and virtually silent in drift.Jag laughed at the statement on the “big wheel allows you to stow away when done exercising.” . . . This thing weighs more than a dead moose. Set it where you want it and leave it there, I have taken a more economical elliptical, which I hated (the event, the lightweight flywheel and 15 “stride length made it go bad), and belonged to a gym where I loved the commercial quality elliptical. Esprit is much closer to the commercial-grade feel, even though I wish the pedals were a little closer together. For a thousand or more U.S. dollars difference in price for a commercial unit – I can live with the distance, but … LOL! Programming the monitor is simple and intuitive, and I think there are plenty of workout options. And I’m really glad I paid the extra $ $ to get a unit with a 20 “stride length – it feels smooth and” natural “to use. Rating: 5 / 5
