You will find that a lot of the things you thought were right are
actually working against you and all information is backed up by
evidence from this successful bodybuilder.
I would certainly recommend this book to anybody who is even slightly
interested in losing bodyfat and getting into shape but you have to be
prepared to really want to shed the fat, since Tom will inspire you to
do just that!
