I liked them I use the ball more than the stick, but they both met my expectations. Rating: 5 / 5

Ok so foot roles are fantastic! I can use it anywhere. . . . . and it is small enough not to get in the way of things. As for Porcupine massage ball, it really does not suit me so well. I dont have to roll on my back every night while constant and even pressure so that it does not really serve a purpose in my life. BTW Did I mention, it (the back and body business) that I bought it from has good customer service! Rating: 5 / 5

I felt bow and heel pain, and really just wanted to roll. But I found the ball to be as helpful as the roller. I have a suggestion for improvement, increasing the diameter of the roller. Rating: 4 / 5

Wooden foot roller relieves wonderful localized, painful tension in the foot from heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. For complete healing of these conditions, I also recommend that you use some form of massage device around your lower legs (shins and calves and ankles). It helped me back from debilitating tendinit.Den little spiky ball, when you place it where you feel tension and sleep on the floor, will cut across the muscle knot and not let it slip away, as opposed to a tennis ball. My new friend “Spike” show my muscle knots who’s the boss. If skin is tender, it helps to cover the ball with a terry towels. A therapist once described me as fibroids, just before the release, will “spider up.” After a few minutes on this ball, I can feel that spidering up / twitching sensation in my back, then relax. When you remove the ball, the pain is replaced by a feeling of warm, healing blodflödet.Bollen reach small areas at the foot of wooden roller can not reach, such as between the toes. Roll on the floor with his foot, or use your hands to roll on top of the foot. Rating: 5 / 5

I love to use them while at my desk. Often my work is in one place and my feet get tired. These two help rejuvenate my feet. Rating: 5 / 5
