As someone has already made this program requires a certain type of chair. I could not find a similar one in my house, and do not want to spend more to get one because I do not particularly like about this program anyway (: -

I started this practice after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, and it helped me sooo much. It is a wonderful introduction to yoga for everyone, especially those with chronic pain. The instructors are calm and soothing, and they manage to create a healing environment. I highly recommend this. Rating: 5 / 5

I got the DVD Yoga for Health aches and pains. I like routine and it is perfect for someone like me who are looking for gentle yoga and must be very cautious due to serious back problems. However, my problem with this DVD twice. Firstly, it is a short 30-min routine. There is no extended or put on the routine. In the second routine is a bit rushed. In view of this gentle yoga, represents the changes between fast and you do not get enough time to get out of a form and to move into the next. It’s very sudden, which is definitely not the ideal way for the audience here is intended for – people with injuries, aches and pains. That said, I like routine. Rating: 4 / 5

Definitely not for a yoga beginner. The narrative is twice as fast as I can really do poses and the narrator is not actually doing them. They do have over-rehearsed and too fast to follow. The music covers up the narrator of the time. I have arthritis and other pain so I can not do it does at a furious pace. I give my copy to a charity flea market. Rating: 2 / 5
