I like the ease of use. It is quick to turn on and use with some cream on a chest strap. It is relatively comfortable to wear. So if you want to check your pulse while you are in bed, it is fast and easy to use, even the brightly-lit display is readable in a dark bäddsrum.Jag do not think that there is no functional. For 100 bucks I expcet much more functionality, the computer has no functions beyond calorie counter, timer, and heart rate. The display is difficult to see in full sunlight, and you have to shade it with your hand to see the display. Battery life is much shorter than advertised, a total of 5-6 hours use before the battery is not dead 20th Seriously, for 30 bucks you can get a computer that will give you objective heart rate monitoring with alarms, maximum, minimum, average heart rate + much more and you wont have to buy the battery every three days. So for the serious athlete this product will not be as good for education as a chest strap monitor with a quartz display dator.Övergripande if you want something just to see your heart rate while sitting around the house, indoor exercise or short training sessions, and you hate the chest strap so you might like this product. I was looking for a way to monitor my heart rate during workouts with my trainer and during walks, biking, etc. watches as you move really does not work well because you have to stop what you’re doing, so I was looking for a continuous monitoring system. I have a chest strap. Now I am not a small lady, but it suited. The problem? You can not stay there and it itches. (granted, all itchy for me, but seriously, that come with these ideas?). I was looking around on Amazon and saw this. . . so I ordered it and hoped it bästa.Jag must say, this is much more beautiful. It ties into my forearm in the elbow and the display is nice and big so I can always see what my heart rate. It gets a little itchy after 45 minutes or so, but I am super sensitive to everything. I also sometimes find it hard to get it positioned correctly, but I get better at this time. It has a bad sensor, which must be affixed securely to pick up your pulse (and it has a blue light that illuminates when you’ve done it right). Let me say that I’ve only used it for pulse monitor and nothing else, so I can Not to mention the other things it does, but it has been perfect for my behov.Jag highly recommend this product, it has been absolutely wonderful! I’ve used this monitor heart rate for about 2 months nu.Jag believe the device works well when your heart rate is stable – eg when jogging in constant takt.Är however, rule out a large margin (between 20 and 30 per minute) for intervallträning.Det seems ePulse is difficult to calculate / obtain information as heart rate increases drastically takt.Att test, I carried both ePulse and my 6 + year old chest strap monitor simultaneously. In the meantime, exercise chest strap monitor reports around 170, while ePulse reports 140 to 150, and sometimes continues to fall while I press the 100%. On the contrary, ePulse report an increase in my pulse when I take a water break, when my heart was, of course långsammare.Jag think either ePulse sensor or the software may be inadequate for calculating / sensing / extrapolate drastically variable heart rate during intervallträning.Jag have resorted back to my old chest strap monitor and use the online calculator to count calories bränns.Jag would like to hear from Impact Sports Where possible solution to this problem.
