I thought it would be a fun way to lose some weight, but after watching the DVD it’s definitely not what I had in mind. It would be a fun way to learn to dance the hula, but not really the kind of workout I need. Rating: 3 / 5

I expected to learn a different type of dance numbers along with doing Zumba 2008 (recommended if you really want to dance). There is no doubt that you will lose weight and get toned by this exercise, but I found the instruction and training just so boring. The only part that caught my interest was the intro where they actually dansa.Annan than the beautiful and the background music (if you can hear on the ground that the instructor speaks so much) there is no “genuine” if this training. Your plea, the traditional training of the same old results and squats only difference is that you move your hips from side to side. In a training session with music in the background do not dance. Maybe it was just me, but people were so stiff and rigid not smooth and free flowing at all. I mean it seemed false to me that they do not enjoy training at all. Although it was a nice change to see girls with certain substances (not all have stick legs), they looked more like body builders than any other. I am very disappointed in this product I would get to dance, but instead I got a different training regime in disguise. Rating: 1 / 5

This piece is really easy to catch on, working abs, buns and shoulders well and has wonderful background scenery. The cueing, timing, and the choreography is good, the instructor is not annoying at all, and you do not need any dance experience to catch on. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars that is cool seems to be just an extension of the same towing-training, and continues and continues until you are almost ready to quit. This video is good for the price. I exercise every day. This video is not particularly strenuous, however, but it was fun and a nice change. They learn a hula dance, she does a good job of breaking down the steps. The landscape is beautiful! Rating: 3 / 5

Great low impact workout for those times when one is not in the mood for an intense workout that say what you would get from a Billy Blanks Ultimate Bootcamp träning.Jag have not had this DVD for a very long, but after each workout, I feel the difference in my body, especially my abs and my legs. Then you factor in that you get the benefit of a good workout, you also learn how to hula dance, which is quite kul.Hur any time, so for those like myself who want to train at the end of the day but not so pumped up after wards, because the days are winding up, as this hula workout with Kili is perfekt.Rekommenderar.
