I first encountered massage balls while in physical therapy for a work-related injury. These small hand-balls can be used by you or by another. You can also use them in your own back by catching one between the back and a wall and roll it by moving your upper body. Massage balls are great for training or job you seek calming accupressure on even the sorest muscles. Also fantastic to relieve general tension caused by stress or fatigue. These would be perfect for me if they were smooth. I use a tennis ball around my shoulder blade and spine, but it is a bit too soft and too small. These balls are bigger and stronger and works perfectly on your back if you do not account for spikes. They are not evil, but they are uncomfortable enough that I have gone back to the tennis ball. Another reviewer said that the smell was awful. They have a plastic smell, but I did not find it too strong or unpleasant odor. Rating: 3 / 5

I ordered these as I have used similar ones in my yoga and love them. However, this has put a terrible odor to them, as mentioned in other reviews. I thought they only needed to be aired out. They sat outside for a week and still came back in with a horrible plastic smell. It really makes them difficult to use and there is no way to relax with the smell. It seems like an odd complaint, but it was bad enough I had to send them back for a refund. Rating: 1 / 5

These bullets work great for rolling over tight muscles. The tags only increase the efficiency of using smooth surface roller balls. They are very sturdy and durable. I have used them at least weekly for years for various muscle aches and smärta.I contrast to a previous review, I personally never noticed any smell from them at all. Rating: 5 / 5

I just received them today, they were ordered as a gift, but I think I probably will end up returning them. All these balls have a terrible smelly chemical odors – like that awful new plastic shower curtain smell Tainter cheap foreign-made plastic products. The smell was so strong, it has made my eyes water and I had to put them utanför.Om smell does not dissipate in a few days, I’ll be back here. Too bad, I really looked forward to donate dem.Uppdatering: I left them outside on my back patio for over a week and the smell never diminished. Do not waste your time or money. Rating: 1 / 5
