Joel Harper’s Firming After 50 is a good workout – no matter what your age or ability level. The instructions are clear (no neck craning to see what happens on the screen) and well over time between more strenuous sections of routes. It is an easy-to-do sequence that nonetheless provides toning and strengthening. I recommend this DVD for anyone who wants to get in shape, keep fit or go from couch potato rut they are! This CD is exactly as advertised on TV. I am very pleased and I use it at least twice a week to stretch and exercise. I got it within the period specified in excellent condition. Rating: 4 / 5

This is a good workout. Without a lot of pain and soreness the next day. It is easy to follow and I have more energy after the workout for it. It also gives you the option of different workout levels. I like it Rating: 4 / 5

I bought this DVD as it looked like a pretty interesting low-impact workout for baby boomers. I was surprised at the moment because it was quite challenging and different than any other workout DVDs that I have. It has helped me with sciatic pain, and general toning.De passport is a fantastic combination of muscle building (without weights), cardio and stretching. It would be good for people who want to get started with a home and training programs or, like me, just to add interest to the current program. There are 3 segments that you can do independently a 20-minute upper body, 20 minutes with a lower body, and a 15-ABS-minute workout. You will receive a complete whole body works if you do all 3 or easy workout individuellt.Jag was surprised, I sweat pretty good during the workout, even if there is not much jumping around. You can do it how hard you want to Joel’s elderly mother and friend gives beginners and intermidiate level, while Joel provides options for higher-level advanced versions of the exercises. The training segment leads Joel teaching high-reps with body movements and stretching in between that I really like the low impact träning.Wow days, Amazon has a good price for $ 8. 49, I wished that I bought this instead of Border’s for full price. This is a great work out for someone middle aged, or some kid who has been away from physical activity. I used to be a jock and a coach. This got me off the couch because it was easy, and starts to move again! Great way to get physical again, and stay toned! Rating: 4 / 5
