    I would like to try this DVD, but seems quite expensive considering I can get other large that the corresponding length for under $ 15! Can someone explain why Joel’s work is worth the high price? Rating: 2 / 5

    I have at least 20 fitness videos, but wanted to get a couple of DVDs – and I’m still looking, because this purchase was an expensive mistake. No doubt someone insisted on following these exercises, they would get in shape – but I need leaders with enthusiasm, music with a beat, and participants who at least pretend to be having fun. First exercise: keep your hands in front of you and give up your fingers and hands back a return, for the – You’re kidding – 120 seconds. For excitement, standing on one leg, then switch to the other leg every 30 seconds or so. Not my idea of motivation. I will return to the Denise Austin or “The Firm”. Rating: 1 / 5

    After Joel Harper’s Firming After 50, I added these nine short workouts – not on the same day. Those that added bounce in my life. It has energized me. Rating: 5 / 5
