I am an avid practitioner and has done lots of yoga. It was awful. [. . . ] Panting. . whipping motion. . The landscape was boring, just a girl with a white background, while a guy off camera xplains movements. I liked the music. Did not like yoga. Not feelin ‘it. . Rating: 1 / 5

I have tried this dvd twice and it is definitely not for me. The main argument for me to breathe. . . I feel like I hyperventalating! Ana’s breathing is very fast but they mention to go at your own pace. Well, I tried to keep up and I was getting dizzy. I can not understand how this breathing can be beneficial. I always thought of yoga, breathing should be slow and djup.Sammantaget I found the video to be a bit bizarre. I’m not in the spiritual part of this DVD, either, with all the screaming but I guess that’s my fault for not doing enough research on Kundalini Yoga. Some people may enjoy it, but I prefer a yoga dvd without it. Rating: 2 / 5

I bought this DVD after trying the fat-free Yoga DVD of the same personer.Matrisen options on this DVD is great! I also like the fact that it is a breath primer (which version of the fat free yoga, which I do not have the matrix or the spirit primer). Kundalini Yoga is not your “typical” yoga. There is a lot more movement with this type of yoga – that really likes. The day after I did this piece, my upper body was sore. . . so, I know that it works .* A word of caution: I felt sick the first couple times I did “the camel is.” Since then I’ve made the modified version of this form and breathing very slowly. It helps. Rating: 5 / 5

Already in 2004, I attended a seminar in Portland with Ravi Singh and Ana Brett. I had three of his DVD’s called a “The Best Kundalini practice” and had his former wife on the DVD, then Ravi has released a handful of DVD’s with his current wife, Ana Brett. It was a fantastic workshop with lots of people and energy. I think he started his career in the limelight and now he’s hit it big! I look forward to trying his DVD. My sister and I have done a bit of Bikram yoga and always laugh at practice in bra and panties. Ana is a beautiful woman and she used to practice in minimal clothing to help promote their products, it seems that it has worked, O) congrads them to their DVD and yoga instruction to hundreds of people! Namaste ‘to all of you yogis in the West! Rating: 5 / 5
