I’ve only been using trained enough to determine that it works but not enough to rate it. I will rate when I’ve used it längre.Den arrived in a shipping container box which had been badly broken and hastily re-taped. The trainer was encased in a plastic bag that had a disturbing amount of loose dirt inside. I remove the coach, brushed away the dirt with a soft cloth and mounted it under the attached instructions. I had to pour dirt from the plastic bag in a papperskorg.Jag can only hope that the coach continues to work as advertised. Rating: 3 / 5

Good: easy to install and use. OK: variable resistor – the hill and interval training, takes a little silicone while to warm up correctly increased resistance. Bad: I did not expect to be so high (this is my first trainer). To hear the music / tv, I have to turn up my stereo with 10-15 watts. I think the sound is continuous squeeking from the tire contact with the cylinder (maybe it should be matte more friction at a lower pressure on himself like a real road surface)? Rating: 4 / 5

This is a great indoor Trainers. I got this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it! It is good quality construction. It only takes a small space when not in use. Just got this a few days ago and have been very impressed with its stability and ease of installation. I have used other trainers in the past, and this is incredibly calm and stable. I also love the quick release feature, so that replacement cycles takes literally 30 seconds (important because my son and I both use it). It is very quiet and not get hot. Used it in 2 hours and it was just warm to the touch, but certainly not hot. Rating: 5 / 5
