    I own approximately 25 Leslie Sansone videos, and I must say, I like this the very least. She threw in a few new steps but they seemed clumsy and poorly choreographed. I have attended Pilates classes and what was presented bears very little resemblance to the real thing. She gave the same instructions she has given throughout all her videos, refers to the abdominal area as “a powerhouse,” and thinks using Pilates jargon with add more authenticity to this pathetic workout. Honestly, I was bored and couldn’t wait for this to DVD to end. I can’t imagine my ever doing this DVD again. Save your money.

    This was a fun and enjoyable Leslie with some new music in, which made it nice. She is her usual perky self, encouraging and motivating you to keep moving right along with her. She is solo in this one, so if you like her best with a group I’d suggest her 5 Mile Fat Burning Workout instead because it has quite a variety of different walkers in it. The end of the workout has a bit of humor in it in which she chases her camera team around to eat some of those delicious apples. She encourages posture and ab/core attention throughout the workout. All in all, I feel it is one of her better ones. There is no extra equipment(walk boosters) in this workout.

    This is a good beginner workout or a good one for an older person to keep moving with. It’s not a very good one for someone who has been working out for a while. My heart rate never got out of the low zone and I never broke a sweat. I was not impressed with the pilates portion at all. I think I will donate this dvd to my mom who is 58, but I actually think she is probably more advanced than this.
