I tried to R100 vs. the concept of 2 in a store. The R100 is much stronger than the Concept 2nd It has more fläktljud. The Concept 2 has a reputation for being very noisy. But they have calmed down a lot. If you have tried a Concept 2 in a gym and thought it was a noisy animal, you probably tried an older, or they were not anoint kedjan.Jag have worked a lot of different rowers. If you want an intense aerobic exercise, breathing hard as you ran up a hill – go on a Concept 2 or maybe a water rowing machine. Air / water resistance is much better for intensive training, because the company up for a kick a lot more than the magnetic resistance. So you can kick hard at it and spend a lot of power. Spends a lot of power = raise your heart rate = burn calories snabbt.Om you want less intensive training, as well as for weight loss, or if you need a machine that is very gentle on the joints, a magnetic rowers can be bra.Det R100 is an air / magnetic hybrid. I got the little sister R100, R900. After months of intense workouts, I could no longer get my pulse above 145 on the R900. I can easily my pulse to 165/170 on the Concept 2.The R100 has the same resistance as R900, but with little air resistance is added in. little air resistance would help to get an intense workout. But you can still end up with the same problem I gjorde.Om you’re athletic, go on what you know will be a good workout – the concept of 2nd Or maybe water roddmaskiner.Jag wondered, too, deals with Life Core Fitness, on the quality of the company. They had false advertising on the R900 on their website for a long time. I got my R900 broken and the replacement I received was slightly damaged, and a part broke after a few months of using it. The R100 is probably not better built, and no better levereras.Betyg: 3 / 5

I love this machine. I usually hate doing cariovascular passport and I hate running and I’ve found it to be a beautiful equipment. It is relatively quiet and much quieter than the Schwinn airdyne I used to use. It is very sturdy built, has a big place and I absolutely love the foot of the distance. I’m a big guy (250 pounds), and I think it is very convenient. For a guy who hates that i unexepctedly find myself jumping on it several times a day for 5-10 minute workout. There are very user friendly and easy to work with. It has had a slimming effect on my body and it would be good for a bodybuilder or weightlifter trying to cut up or improve heart without resorting to higher impact exercises. You can explosively series of this machine and do interval procedures with ease. Its effect on my back, shoulders and waist have been large and noticeable. I have not used other oarsmen as the concept of 2 so I can not really compare. I’ve been using an older model A concept 2 and didn’t like it that much. However, it is not a fair comparison as Concept 2 has many more modern models on the market, such as the Model D and E. I have not done any amateur or professional rowing, so I can not say if any rowing enthusiasts would find this machine useful for training for their sport. For all other fitness enthusiast, fighter, endurance / strength athlete or couch potato, I can not recommend this machine highly enough. Rating: 5 / 5
