Benefits, really have a good heart pumping workout. The store is small and very bra.Nackdelar it is noisy. I find it so bad when I use it, but when someone else is using it in our house is high. I do not think the manual tension knob, wished it was automatisk.Över all, it is a good machine, just not sure of the price. Wished that there had been a bit cheaper. Rating: 4 / 5

Background: I have severe arthritis in my knee and can no longer perform exercises that affect the joint (even long walks) without experiencing great pain. After using Life Core Fitness excellent 900 RB recumbent bike for the past 8 months, for a great low impact cardio workout, I bought recently the company’s R88 rower to exercise the upper body muscles and provide an alternative to the cycle. Rower was easy to assemble and took hours about 1 / 2. The instructions are clearly written and well illustrerad.Använda rowing machine: This machine is very easy to use. The first two days, I have limited my workouts at a moderate pace of 20 minutes on the brake resistor # 2. (Note: Most product descriptions – including Amazon – indicated that the R88 has 8 resistance settings, but this model only has 6 resistance settings, which is clearly indicated on the shipping box and manual.) After two days I felt a pleasant soreness in my whole body (legs, stomach, arms, chest, shoulders, back and buttocks), who told me that this machine really delivers. Using this machine provides a more intense cardio workout than recumbent cykel.Fördelar: The R88 rowing machine is simple, fast, compact, very well built, easy to use and flexible. I would compare the build quality and service to drive a base model Mercedes Benz with a manual gearbox. Rower resistance settings (changed easily by turning a knob) to accommodate almost everyone’s fitness. The seat bottom is firmer than the RB 900 cycle, which is too soft. Third, while the flywheel provides a welcome breeze and the cooling effect, the fan is quite noisy especially during hard rodd.Slutsats: Invest $ 699 for this quality rowing machine was a no brainer. The R88 is fun to use and provides a unique, impact free training for the whole body. My arthritic knee is pain free afterwards.
