I am very happy with my Power Wheel II. I received my order quickly and installation was easy. Exercise diagrams, plus an instructional DVD is like having a personal trainer to break down every move and what / why the muscle groups are targeted. The Power Wheel II hits your kernel directly to a laser. I felt that burn 12 seconds of the first exercise. I let my brother try it and he liked it so much I gave it to him to take home.
